Pemanfaatan Kecerdasan Buatan dalam Pembelajaran Daring: Perspektif Pengguna dan Tantangan Implementasi

The use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in online learning has been rapidly developing with the advancement of technology. This study aims to explore the application of AI in online learning from the perspective of users, namely educators and students, and to identify the challenges faced in its implementation. The research methodology applied is qualitative, using data collection techniques such as in-depth interviews, observation, and document analysis. The results of the study indicate that although AI technology offers significant benefits in enhancing a more adaptive and personalized learning experience, there are challenges such as limited infrastructure, teacher readiness, and ethical issues concerning students' data privacy. This study recommends improving teacher training, better infrastructure support, and clear policies related to data protection to ensure the effective implementation of AI in online learning.
